The Real Estate division of our firm, which is widely regarded as one of the top ranked practices in Scotland, represents clients based across the UK in every sphere of the property industry from banks and institutional funds, to developers and property companies to retailers and leisure operators. We also act for a growing number of operators, developers and funders in the renewables and energy and natural resources sectors.
Within our Real Estate division we have a Construction team and we are looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or a Solicitor with 1-2 years’ PQE who has a genuine interest in developing a career in the Construction (non contentious).  Experience of Construction (non-contentious) during your traineeship would be preferred.
Candidates will require to demonstrate the drive and enthusiasm necessary to ensure that we continue to deliver first class legal and commercial advice to our clients.

In addition to the technical competencies the suitable candidate will have good communication and team working skills. The candidate will also be expected to play an important role in assisting the firm with the implementation of an exciting growth strategy for the Real Estate division.
