Chris Smith is a partner specialising in employment law and housing association work. He is based in our London office and acts for a broad range of clients in the private and public sector as well as for institutions and individuals. He has a special expertise in employment law as it affects registered social landlords, care companies and their employees. He has also been involved in a number of challenging cases involving changing terms and conditions following TUPE transfers. Chris is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and is a regular contributor to specialist journals and periodicals.
