Claire Evans is a Scottish qualified solicitor based in the firm's London office. Claire has experience in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious work acting for employers and individuals and advising on areas including managing staff, disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancies, negotiating severance and settlement packages and the drafting and reviewing of employment policies. Claire has a particular interest in advising on unfair dismissal and the implementation of employee information and consultation forums.
