Solicitor Advocate, with particular expertise in energy and regulatory law, including health and safety and environmental law. David qualified in Scotland in 1987 and called to the English Bar in 1994. Based in London, he covers a wide range of commercial litigation in both the English and Scottish jurisdictions. He has also acted in a number of international arbitrations. He is chair of the Lex Mundi Energy Group, a worldwide association of leading independent law firms - www.lexmundi.com.
