Juliet Bayne, Associate |
Juliet Bayne is an associate in the firm's pensions team and is based in our London office. During her traineeship with the firm, she spent 16 months in the pensions team in both Glasgow and London and she is now qualified as a lawyer in both England & Wales and Scotland. She specialises in pensions law, advising particularly in relation to the pension aspects of corporate transactions as well as providing general advice to trustees and employers and drafting scheme documentation. Juliet is an associate member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
