Jeremy Taylor is a solicitor and a consultant in the pensions team who has worked in the pensions area since 1977. He originally worked for life assurance companies and since 1982 has worked for solicitors' firms in the City of London and Manchester. His work includes all aspects of pensions legal advice including drafting and advising on governing documents and explanatory literature, advising trustees and employers on their respective powers and duties, advising on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions and advising on administration and investment agreements. For several years he was also a director of a trustee company which specialises in pension scheme appointments.
