Jacqueline McDonald is a solicitor based in the firm's Glasgow office. She recently joined the benefits team after having spent one year as a qualified assistant in the firm's Corporate Department. Jacqueline's work as a corporate assistant included advising clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions and shareholder disputes. In addition, following a secondment to a major corporate client, she also became heavily involved in the drafting and negotiation of facilities management and services contracts. She will be assisting the benefits team in advising the firm's private equity and corporate clients in relation to all areas of share schemes, benefits and employee incentivisation arrangements.
