Sarah Gilzean is a senior solicitor specialising in employment law and is based in our Edinburgh office. Sarah worked in various roles in the arts before becoming a solicitor. She advises both employers and employees and has developed expertise in the education, police and voluntary sectors. She has a particular interest in industrial relations, human rights and all aspects of discrimination law and has recently been involved in several complex and long-running equal pay and race discrimination cases.
