Sarah Nelson is a senior solicitor specialising in employment law and is based in our Glasgow office. Her work involves advising HR professionals on day to day issues arising in diverse workplaces, negotiating severance arrangements, drafting contracts, policies and procedures, advising and training on the implementation of these and advising in relation to discrimination matters. She represents employees and employers in the Employment Tribunal. Sarah is interested in the employment law aspects of data protection.
