Alison Weatherhead is a solicitor specialising in employment law and is based in our Glasgow office. She deals on a day to day basis with HR queries and disciplinary matters involving conduct and capability. Alison benefits from her experience on secondment with a major client and is able to bring a client's perspective to her work. As a result of the secondment she understands the pressure that HR professionals work under. This secondment also leaves her well placed to provide practical guidance when clients are managing outsourcing and TUPE transfer situations. In addition, Alison has been involved in advising clients in relation to corporate sales and acquisitions. Alison is also involved in providing training on a range of issues, including absence management.
