Alan Sutherland is a senior solicitor specialising in employment law and is based in our Edinburgh office. Alan advises on all aspects of employment law and is particularly interested in unfair dismissal, advising on redundancies and business reorganisations, contractual matters and working time issues, along with the negotiation of service agreements, contracts of employment and severance packages. Alan also has experience of advising on UK employment law aspects within foreign jurisdictions, as well as appearing on behalf of employers and employees in a variety of matters in the Employment Tribunal.
