MM&S; : People : Alison  Shackleton

Alison Shackleton is an associate in the firm's pensions team and is based in our Glasgow office. She joined Maclay Murray & Spens in 1997 as an assistant prior to which she practised in the area of trust law. She specialises in all aspects of pensions law including advising companies and trustees on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions, mergers of pension schemes and the setting up and winding up of pension schemes. She is also a full member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and is qualified to give investment advice.
