Dean Fuller is an associate based in our London office. He has extensive experience advising on the employment aspects of a wide variety of commercial transactions for both corporate and individual clients, particularly mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing and public to private deals. Dean has advised on the full range of employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious, including recruitment of workers, corporate governance, exit packages of senior executives, employment tax issues and workforce restructurings. Dean is a member of both the Employment Lawyers Association and the Industrial Law Society.
