Mary Swaine is a solicitor specialising in employment law and is based in our London office. Mary advises employers - many of whom are registered social landlords - on employment disputes including unfair dismissals, breach of contract and discrimination claims as well as non-contentious matters arising from individual severance arrangements, data protection, restructuring of organisations and transfers of undertakings.
