Our Benefits team acts in setting up and reviewing employee share schemes for a wide range of clients.

We act for individuals and companies from across the business spectrum and have been especially busy recently with work from clients in the technology sector.

We advise on employee benefits and incentives for not only UK based employees but also for employees around the world, from Tokyo to Los Angeles. The team works closely with the firm's Tax Department, a partnership which has led to the expansion of our service through the provision of advice on remuneration tax planning.

The team issues communiqués to clients whenever significant changes occur. Recent issues have covered the new Inland Revenue reporting requirements and recent amendments to the legislation governing the taxation of employment related shares.
