We regularly provide in-house training for clients and will be happy to tailor such training for the needs of your organisation.

Examples of sessions we have covered in the recent past are :

Mock employment tribunal - exposing clients to what it is really like to appear before an employment tribunal and have to justify decisions which have been taken. Described by one attendee as "An excellent learning experience and one which many line managers would benefit from greatly."

HR training for line managers - training for line managers over the course of a day on the basics of employment law and company policy, developing an understanding of when they should deal with a matter themselves and when it should be passed to HR.

Work performance workshops - covering both the practical and legal aspects of handling performance issues, including identifying warning signs, assessing the impact on the organisation and how best to handle meetings where capability matters are to be discussed.
