Time for a thaw in the ICE

Scottish businesses now have just over a month to prepare for the impact of the new Information and Consultation of Employees (ICE) Regulations. The new rules will give employees the right to be informed and consulted over decisions affecting specific areas of the business. While employers with more than 150 workers will be affected immediately, those with a smaller workforce cannot afford to be complacent.
