Hurdles to be removed on disability act

In the nine years since the first Disability Discrimination Act became law, courts, tribunals and civil servants have endeavoured to explain and interpret the requirements of the legislation. But while we now have a much clearer picture of what the law demands, some employers still struggle to grasp their obligations to disabled employees and potential.
