Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

A short guidance leaflet on dealing with people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) has been released by NHS Plus. It explains that CFS affects approximately 4 in 1000 people, sets out the treatments which are available, and gives practical guidance for managers as to how they can assist an employee's recovery.
