Do we provide information to staff eligible to request flexible working about the types of arrangement they may wish to consider?

Are line managers aware of the specific grounds on which a request for flexible working arrangements can be refused?

Do we need to provide line managers with additional training to better enable them to deal with requests to work flexibly?
