A joint venture with the largest independent planning consultancy in Scotland and Ireland, Planning First is truly unique. It's believed to be the first 'one-stop package' of planning and legal expertise for the UK's landowners and property industry. This straightforward but novel approach will enable new and existing clients to save a great deal of time and money by receiving joint planning and legal advice, from the initial concept of a project through to the final outcome. Until now, this kind of advice has been offered separately, with the result that clients have often spent considerable sums of money by the time they are told that their scheme is unlikely to get off the ground. By contrast, Planning First will tell clients what they need to know, when they need to know it.
As well as helping clients to avoid wasting large amounts of money pursuing unfeasible projects, Planning First will also be valuable when schemes are potentially viable.
