Roger Tynan is a Partner based in our London Office. He has been advising on employment law issues for 25 years and is a tireless advocate for his clients’ rights and interests. Roger provides fast, consistent and focused advice in a clear and direct manner. He has the ability to cut straight to the heart of an issue, to see things from the client’s perspective and to communicate legal issues in language that clients understand. He will not ‘sit on the fence’.
Roger advises on the full range of human resource issues that affect all organisations, from recruitment through to termination. He is often called upon to advise at times of transition and major organisational change, on complex business transfers, outsourcing arrangements and portfolio acquisitions, and where working relationships are coming to an end. He is accustomed to negotiating complex bonus, share and incentive issues on termination. An experienced Court and Tribunal advocate, Roger has litigated many high value whistleblowing and discrimination claims. He has represented professional services firms and individuals across the professions, as well as registered providers and charitable care companies, often involving sensitive regulatory and professional conduct issues.
Roger is a part-time Employment Judge. He has a particular interest in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
