Andrew is an Associate in the Corporate Department based in our Glasgow office. He joined Maclay Murray & Spens as an assistant solicitor in 1997 after training at Scottish Enterprise.
Andrew has broad experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital and other investment-related transactions. He recently advised 3i Group plc on its disposal of Ben Sherman Limited to Oxford Industries Inc. and has advised Picsel (Group) Limited on a number of significant rounds of private equity investment.
Andrew is one of our corporate lawyers focusing on technology companies and has considerable experience in assisting emerging technology companies with early stage fundraising.
Andrew is a member of the firm's Private Equity Group.
