Amelia Horvath, Solicitor |

Amelia is a solicitor in the Corporate Department based in our Edinburgh office. She read law and arts at Sydney University in Australia, qualifying as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2002. Amelia joined Maclay Murray & Spens in July 2005, having spent three years with a corporate law firm in Sydney.
Amelia has gained experience in a spectrum of corporate work, including public and private company mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. While in Australia, she worked on fundraisings and initial public offerings on the Australian Stock Exchange, as well as advising various public and private companies on various litigious disputes.
Amelia is a member of the firm's Private Equity Group and Capital Markets Group.
