Andrea Jordan, Associate |

Andrea is an Associate in the Corporate Department based in our London office. She studied law and accounting at Canterbury University in New Zealand. She qualified in New Zealand in 1996 and in England & Wales in 2004. Andrea joined Maclay Murray & Spens in July 2004.
She has broad company experience specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt funding. She also acts for both issuers and advisers on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market advising on flotations, secondary issues and takeovers. In addition, Andrea undertakes a wide range of work for entrepreneurs, smaller growing companies and joint ventures.
Andrea has also advised on banking matters relating to secured lending and recoveries, while in New Zealand.
Andrea is a member of the firm's M&A; Group and Capital Markets Group.
