Anne-Marie  Bradshaw

Anne-Marie is a solicitor in the Corporate Department of our Edinburgh office. She joined the Firm in 2004 having studied law at the University of Glasgow and completing an LL.M at the University of Edinburgh.

Anne-Marie is involved in a broad range of company and commercial work including private equity transactions, mergers & acquisitions and capital markets work.

Anne-Marie is a member of the Firm's Capital Markets Group and Financial Services Group.
