Andrew is an assistant in the Corporate Department based in our Edinburgh office. Having studied law at Strathclyde University and gained a masters degree in commercial law at Glasgow University, he qualified as a solicitor and notary public in 2005.
Andrew has experience of a broad range of corporate work, including public and private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures and private equity.
Andrew is a member of the firm's Private Equity Group.
