Brian is an Associate in the Corporate Department based in our Glasgow office. He joined Maclay Murray & Spens as a trainee solicitor in 1997. He has broad experience of a wide range of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, public companies, restructurings, court schemes, joint ventures and outsourcing, and specialises in commercial contract work.

Brian has been admitted as a solicitor in Scotland and England & Wales.

Brian is a member of the firm's Private Equity Group and Capital Markets Group.
