Clare-Frances is an assistant in the Corporate Department based in our Glasgow office. Clare-Frances has also worked in the corporate department of our Edinburgh office. She studied law at the University of Glasgow and completed an LL.M at Strathclyde University before commencing her traineeship with Maclay Murray & Spens.

Clare-Frances carries out a wide variety of company and commercial work including mergers and acquisitions and joint venture work.
