Christine heads up the Scottish end of MMS Secretarial Solutions based in our Glasgow office. She joined Maclay Murray & Spens in 1995. She has experience of a broad range of company secretarial matters including incorporating companies; drafting minutes, resolutions etc; constructing and updating statutory registers; completion of annual returns and dormant company accounts and auditing records held by the firm on behalf of clients.
