Catherine is a senior solicitor in the Corporate Department based in our London office. She trained at Maclays and qualified in September 2004. Catherine works on a wide range of corporate matters and has experience in acting for both issuers and advisers on the London Stock Exchange's Main and AIM markets advising on flotations, secondary issues and takeovers as well as experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management buyouts etc.

Catherine is a member of the firm's Private Equity Group and Capital Markets Group.
