Carolyn is an Associate in the Corporate Department based in our Glasgow office. She joined Maclay Murray & Spens as a trainee in 1998. She has experience of a broad range of corporate work, including public and private company mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, commercial contracts and fundraisings. Her experience extends to both the private and public sector.

Carolyn is a member of the firm's Capital Markets and Public Sector Teams.
