David McGrory, Associate |

David is an Associate in the Corporate Department based in our Edinburgh office. He joined Maclay Murray & Spens as a solicitor in 2001.
David has specific expertise in the area of Venture Capital advising a number of major investment institutions including 3i, Scottish Equity Partners and Dunedin Capital Partners. In addition to his private equity work, David has experience of broader mergers and acquisitions work and advised House of Fraser on their acquisition of Jenners.
Since 2003, David has been a part-time tutor in company and commercial law for postgraduate students at the University of Edinburgh.
David is a member of the firm's Private Equity Group.
