David is a partner in the corporate department of the London office. He studied law at Trinity College and qualified as a solicitor with S J Berwin & Co in 1987. After spells with Lawrence Graham, 3i plc (as legal executive) and McGrigor Donald he became a Partner with Maclay Murray & Spens in 1996.
He specialises in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and has a client list including LTG Technologies Plc, Widney plc, Hewden Stuart plc, Bank of Ireland, Insinger de Beaufort.
David is a member of the firm's Capital Markets Group.
