Debbie joined the Corporate Department in 2006, having spent the last 8 years working in-house in a major telecommunications company. She is based in our Glasgow office and specialises in commercial contracts work (including in particular managed services and outsourcing agreements). She has considerable expertise in the telecommunications sector and, during her time as an in-house legal advisor, was also actively involved in a number of significant reorganisations and corporate transactions, including a full listing on the London Stock Exchange and a subsequent demerger.
