David is a solicitor in our Corporate department, based in our London office.
Having studied European Law at the University of Strathclyde (which included spending his junior honours year at the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III in Lyon, France), David joined Maclay Murray & Spens in 2004 as a trainee solicitor and spent most of his traineeship working in the Corporate department of our Glasgow office. He qualified as a solicitor in 2006.
David undertakes a broad range of corporate work, focussing primarily on public and private company mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the firm's Private Equity and Capital Markets groups.
