Fleur Bartlett, Associate |
Fleur Bartlett is an Associate in the Corporate Department based in our London office. After obtaining a classics degree from Manchester and attending law school in Bristol, Fleur trained at Withers where she gained a broad base of legal experience including commercial and corporate matters. Upon qualification in 1997 she joined the City Law Partnership.
Fleur specialises predominantly in public company work in the capital markets sector and has been involved in a number of corporate transactions including M & A, blue book and flotation work. In particular, Fleur has worked with clients on the main market, AIM and in the fund management sector. Fleur has experience of a number of investment trust and fund flotations, secondary fundraisings, reconstructions, mergers and discount management transactions.
Fleur is a member of the firm's Financial Services Group and Capital Markets Group.
