Guy is an Associate in the Corporate Department based in our Edinburgh office. Guy advises on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions (with particular experience in international M&A;), capital markets, financial services and commercial contracts. Guy has been at Maclay Murray & Spens since commencing training in 1999, apart from 13 months spent working in a French law firm in 2002-03.
Guy is a member of the firm's Financial Services Group and Capital Markets Group.
