Gwen, who joined the firm in November 2005, has over ten years City experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial practice areas, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and investment funds. She has a particular interest in the railway and mining industries, having acted on a number of cross-border projects for leading industry participants.
Qualified in both Scotland and England & Wales, Gwen is a member of the firm's Capital Markets Group and Private Equity Group.
