Hilary is head of the firm's Public Sector and Shared Services teams. She has particular experience of mergers and acquisitions, including cross border and public company takeovers, and corporate finance.
Hilary acts for a number of the firm’s major clients including British Polythene Industries, Clyde Blowers, Stagecoach & Hewlett Packard, Gladedale Holdings and Manor Kingdom.
Hilary is a member of the firm's Private Equity Group and Capital Markets Group.
