Heather is an associate in the Corporate Department based in our Glasgow office. Heather joined the firm in May 2005, via a spell in-house with an international telecoms company, and London.
Heather has a broad range of corporate experience including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations and has carried out a significant amount of international cross border work.
Heather is also qualified in English law.
Heather is a member of the firm's Capital Markets Group.
