Jennifer is a solicitor in the Corporate Department based in our Edinburgh office. She joined Maclay Murray & Spens in September 2006. She studied for her law degree and master's degree in International Finance at the University of Glasgow. She has experience of a broad range of corporate and commercial work having been involved in acquisitions, restructurings, MBO's, private equity investment and the use of collective investment schemes.
Jennifer is a member of the firm's Financial Services Group.
