John is an associate in our Aberdeen office. He studied law at Aberdeen University and trained with Stronachs Corporate. On qualifying in 2001, he joined Iain Smith & Company. In 2007, following the merger of the practice of Iain Smith & Company, he joined MMS.

He has had wide experience of dealing with general corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, MBO's and MBI's.
