Jan Buchan, Assistant |
Jan is a solicitor in the Corporate Department of our Edinburgh office. She joined the firm in 2005 having studied law at the University of Strathclyde and completed a Diploma in Legal Practice at the Glasgow Graduate School of Law.
Jan is involved in a broad range of company and commercial work, with a particular emphasis on financial services and insurance sector clients. She has particular experience of mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, insurance business portfolio transfers and FSA regulatory matters.
Jan is a member of the firm's Financial Services Group.
