Derek McCombe is a solicitor in the Corporate Department based in our Glasgow office. Having studied law at the University of Dundee, he joined Maclay Murray & Spens LLP as a trainee solicitor and qualified in 2006. Derek is a Notary Public.
Derek carries out a wide variety of company and commercial work including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and joint ventures. He is a member of the corporate insolvency team working with receivers/administrators and advising companies facing insolvency.
