Effective communication is a vital part of any successful organisation and MMS has a number of facilities in place to ensure we maximise every opportunity to successfully communicate with staff.
We have various channels through which we encourage 2 way communication. These include a staff suggestion scheme which gives employees the opportunity to identify ways in which we can improve service delivery to both our external and internal clients, and a Staff Forum which was devised with the aim of more effectively communicating and discussing issues with employees via elected representatives with a view to making MMS a better place to work.
In addition, we encourage communication at department and team levels through regular team meetings.
