At MMS, you will be provided with first class training to help you in your role. From day one we invest heavily in the devlopment of our staff. Your induction programme will give you information about the firm and provide you with all the necessary training on our IT systems.
In addition, in your first three months you will attend an orientation day where you will get to meet the senior Partners and managers of the firm and hear about the direction the firm is taking.
Throughout your career with MMS training and support will always be available through our annual appraisal process.
