An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Property Practice Group of our Glasgow office.
The successful candidate will provide secretarial support a Partner and 3 fee earners. However the incumbent will work as part of the wider Real Estate secretarial team to ensure that all client work is carried out to an excellent standard and in a timely manner.
Previous legal secretarial experience in Commercial Property is essential for this role along with experience in providing support at Partner level. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced demanding environment who copes well under pressure. Candidates must possess strong IT skills, have excellent document productions skills, be well organised and able to use their own initiative. Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner are essential. The candidate must also have a flexible approach and a strong customer focus. Duties will include high volume audio & copy typing, diary management, PA duties, administrative and file management tasks.
