The Banking & Finance team, which also spans the UK, advises a variety of lenders and borrowers in the  UK and beyond and has unrivalled experience in a wide range of finance work including acquisition finance, property finance, project finance, asset finance, shipping, housing finance, oil and gas finance, securitisations and insolvency and restructuring.

We are looking for a Solicitor with 2- 4 years’ post qualifying experience to work on a wide variety of transactions to be based in our Glasgow office. Due to the diverse range of work carried out by the team, there would be the opportunity for you to specialise in an area of Banking and Finance which is of particular interest to you.

In addition to candidates who have specialist finance experience we will consider candidates with a general corporate or a general real estate background who would like to specialise in finance work.  We are also happy to consider candidates who are Scottish or English qualified.  In addition to the technical competencies the suitable candidate will have good communication skills and will be able to work well in a team.  You will also have the drive and enthusiasm necessary to achieve results in a commercially driven environment.
